I felt terrible today. Hopefully it is just the end of this cold and I will have my energy back by tomorrow. I'll take a rest day tomorrow so all the running is over. All that is left is the racing.

Thanks everyone, It ended up being an amazing day for a marathon. I ran a 3:13:05 which is a BQ and considering I had a cold and battled that dumb calf injury for so long, I am very satisfied with that result. I'll post a race report later. Thanks for all your encouragement. It really helps.
