I didn't feel like running.  I kept putting it off, until finally about 8 pm I forced my lazy butt out the door.  Once I got going I felt pretty good and ended up running 15.3 miles at an easy pace faster than normal.

I finished yesterday's run at about 10pm and was up and out the door a bit before 6 this morning, so I had about an 8 hour recovery time.  I decided to repeat the same run I did last night to see how it felt 8 hours later.  Well, it was tough.  I ended up being 50 seconds per mile slower and the last couple miles felt like the end of a marathon where I caught myself making faces trying to tough it out.

Anyways, another 15.3 miles in the bank.

I went for the trifecta and survived.  Ran the same pace as yesterday, but there wasn't any grimacing, felt better.

15.3 miles for a third day in a row.

Did the 4-peat just for Burt

Another 15.3 miles that felt so, so much better today.  I was 20 seconds per mile faster than I have been the last 2 days.  I guess my body is deciding to accept the fact that I'm running farther than normal.

Looks like I only need 19 miles tomorrow to go over 80 for the week, then I can take a 2 day break from running before starting all over again next week.

My legs were feeling good today and I knew that I am going to have two rest days in a row coming up, so I let myself run a bit harder today than I have been.  It took a few miles, but I finally got into a good rhythm were I was just churning out the miles and not feeling like I was running hard at all.  I ended up doing 19.8 miles with an AP of 7:45.  I never thought I'd be able to run that pace at the end of 81 miles over 4 1/2 days.

Next week, I'm doing a cut back week.
