Soccer practice tonight I was playing with the kids and reached for a ball that was out of my reach and strained my left groin.  Ouch!

I was going to run this morning but every time I moved in my sleep last night my groin screamed at me so I decided it would be best to take the day off.  Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to get back to running.
