I'm going to take tomorrow off, so I have fresh legs for Saturday. My tri relay team is counting on me to run a quick 10k. Hopefully I don't let them down.

I'm looking forward to hearing all about it. Glad your legs are feeling great.

Rhett, love your abs. (Now you can wonder if I was telling you to love your abs, or whether I love your abs.)

rock the 10K tomorrow! I'm thinking sub 37

Tim, I like your positive attitude, but if I am sub 39 I'll be happy. Now way I go sub 37 especially on this 10K. Twice you have to run through some really deep sand for a few hundred yards and you have to run up some steep stairs about 30 feet on the way out and back down those stairs on the way back. I don't think I could go sub 37 even on a nice easy course on a perfect weather day.

Yikes, that doesn't sound like a fun 10K course at all! GOOD LUCK and make your team PROUD which I am 100% sure they will be!

Wow that sounds hard...what if you get sand in your shoes? I think that is a blister just waiting to happen, be careful!

Good luck at the race.
Paul - Based on other comments that you have made to Rhett I do not think there is any question what you meant.

Take a laundry basket with you so you can slide down the stairs. That's what my kids do.

Patiently awaiting the race report!
