2 mile lake swim this morning (64 minutes) with dark ominous clouds above. It made the water seem erie and dark.  Luckily the storm waited for me though. About an hour later we got a real nice thunderstorm.

I wasn't feeling it this morning so I decided to do a shorter bike ride than normal. I did 10 hilly miles through SARA Park. I felt a bit better as I finished and decided I would be well served to get my run in this morning and take a break this evening, so I did an easy 4 miler after the bike ride. No watch today, just kept everything nice and easy. A good recovery day.

2 mile lake swim (1 hour 2 minutes) a couple minutes faster than I have been. I felt really good today like I could have just kept swimming all morning.
