46 minute lake swim in the morning

soccer practice in the evening. Always fun to run around with the teenagers and show them who is boss.

64 minute hilly bike ride this morning. Thanks to Blake for letting me barrow rims since my front one obviously has issues causing my flats.

4 mile TM at 0.5% incline and 7:30 pace. Cardiovascularly it was easy but my legs were a bit tired.

Soccer practice tonight. Hopefully I can get the team doing some extra running so I can get in a good workout.
