P90X Day 89

Core followed by some extra ab work and some extra pushups.  I made it 89 days without missing a day of P90X!  I did substitute some running (mostly speed work) for some of the cardio and all the yoga workouts, but other than that followed the program as prescribed.  I can say P90X really does transform your body when you push yourself.

Tomorrow is day 90. I'm supposed to do Kenpo, but I'll be leaving the house about 2 am to catch my flight to the Bahamas, so I'll just have to have Doone help me find a way to get in some cardiovascular work to celebrate the final day of P90X. :)

Easy Bishop...easy. Thats Just a little bit more information than we need. Just kidding. :)

Great job getting all the way through. Just curious, did you buy your p90x off their web site? EBay? or did someone loan it to you? I'm thinking about getting it, but it's pretty pricey on their web site.

Mack, yeah it is pricey, $120. Dale found somewhere to buy it for $60. Ask him where he got it. That is a good deal.

CONGRATS!!! Seriously, that is huge!!!! :) :) :)

I sure hope you and your gorgeous wife were able to come up with something so that you could end this fantastic 90 day journey with a real bang!!!! :) :) :)

(Okay ... that was awful ... but someone had to say it!!)

Hope you are enjoying the Bahamas!! :)

Congrats on completing it. Some day I want to be like you and actually follow through with something. Lol

Mack, originally I found P90X on itunes for 60, but I really didn't want to have to watch it on the laptop, so I did a search and found it on newegg.com for $78. It was a little bit more, but not nearly as much as its sold for on the P90X site.

Did you two make it home nice and tan and relaxed??? :)

From Rhett on Tue, Nov 13, 2012 at 15:41:28 from 74.41.239.14

Teena, we made it and we are tan :), but it is brutal coming back to real life after such an amazingly relaxing week. I have been swamped trying to catch up... almost makes going on such a great trip not worth it, but not quite.
