Same workout I did the last 2 Tuesdays. I'm getting stronger at it. Doing 30 seconds of jumps between 400s sure makes those 400s tough.

Teena, I can't believe I am almost done as well, and the last week is a recovery week so there are no really hard workouts. Its mostly cardiovascular stuff, I guess to lean down at the end.
