P90X Day 30-- I'm 1/3 the way done!

Plyometrics:  I actually missed this workout during my recovery week. It is such an intense cardio workout that while doing it I'm wheezing and bent over with my hands on my knees when ever I'm not doing some crazy jumping or what ever.  When it's over I know I'm going to be feeling the burn all day long. I was so sweaty this morning by the end, you would have thought I had jumped in the pool.

That Plyometrics sounds intense! I'd be afraid that I'll break some bones or tweak the ankle...not to mention the wheezing out a lung! :) You're doing awesome, bish!

Dang, that sounds intense. Maybe I'm having second thoughts on making the purchase. lol. I was going to go home tonight and download it on iTunes for $60, but if YOU are wheezing, I'd for sure keel over and no one would find me until my wife gets home from work. lol

$60 is a good deal. Anyone can do the workouts. They give you ways to make them easier or harder so you can choose the intensity. Just be prepared to get ripped. It works pretty quickly if you push yourself. I wouldn't start it until after SGM though.
