My legs were feeling good today and I knew that I am going to have two rest days in a row coming up, so I let myself run a bit harder today than I have been.  It took a few miles, but I finally got into a good rhythm were I was just churning out the miles and not feeling like I was running hard at all.  I ended up doing 19.8 miles with an AP of 7:45.  I never thought I'd be able to run that pace at the end of 81 miles over 4 1/2 days.

Next week, I'm doing a cut back week.

Cut back like me, less than 40 for the week!!! It has been nice, although I have runner's guilt going on.

Nice run!

Hi guys. Thanks for the comments. Yes it has been a cut back week, but mostly from posting my runs on the blog. Just been busy. I hope everyone is having a great week between Christmas and New Years. I better post my runs this week.
