It was 90 degrees when I headed out into the desert for a trail run at 6:30 this morning. I kept the pace nice and easy and ended up going 10 miles.  It was almost 100 degrees by the time I finished.  I guess I'll have to start running earlier.  No snake sightings this morning.

Holy Moly! 90 degrees that early in the morning? That's tough.

You had an amazing run considering the heat! I did 7.7 at 5:45 it was around 89 degrees and by the time I got home it was 96 degrees and I was spent. Good Job! It is getting VERY HOT!

Yowzzza man, thats just too hot for man or beast. I feel lucky that when I went out this morning it was 62 degrees and when I returned to home base it had only risen 1 degree more....

Yep it's hot and it's going to stay that way for a while. I was looking at the 10 day forecast and the LOW temp over the next 10 days is 90 degrees.

From Rhett on Wed, Jun 24, 2015 at 10:12:12 from 24.121.249.174

That's not the lowest HIGH over the next 10 days. That's the lowest LOW over the next 10 days.
