It's raining like crazy outside, I have to work this morning, and all of Doone's family is in town for her mom's 70th birthday. I therefore am taking the day off from exercise.

I did buy a foam roller last night though. Smooth was so right. That is an evil, torture device and I loved it! I've never had my muscles worked that deeply before. Anything that hurts that much has got to be good.

What color is your foam roller?

Mine is red and is commonly known as "red sausage" around the house. As in I hear my children and hubby saying, "Don't bother Mom right now, she is having her private time with Red Sausage." I suppose some of the rolling I am doing looks a little suspicious! It's all legit though!!!!!! :) :) :)

Let's review... this is a PG rated site. I guess we will have to name Rhett's blue roller - something nice and innocent sounding. I tried it - definitely a torture device. I'm not sure I want it to show me where my knots are. Good luck with that sweetie.

While this is all very interesting, I think I will only choose to comment on the color of my foam roller. Mine is blue, no way I'd have anything red in my house. Go Cougs!
