I won't mention names, but Doone and I were asked to talk in church Sunday. (Blake you know who you are.) Anyways, I usually prepare talks by going on a nice long run. Since I can't run (stupid hammy) I figured I'd go on a nice long bike ride and it seemed to work just as well as a long run.  For some reason I'm able to write talks in my head way better when I'm outside running or biking than when I'm just sitting infront of a computer or piece of paper.

38 miles pushing hard

I saw some ladies running the stairs at the London Bridge when I was riding and the thought came to me that I should see if my hammy will let me run stairs.  I'll have to give that a try soon.

You're talking? ooh! I should go! :)

I am actually looking forward to church this Sunday because you and Doone are speaking! I know, I owe you big. Nothing like a good friend to kick you when you are down. Good job on the bike. I can't wait until you can run again, but that was a great bike ride! Good job!

38 miles of pushing hard...wow!!! Inspirations (and mysteries of the universe) do seem to come when blood flows freely to our brains while we exercise in the great outdoor! :)

Wish I could hear you and Doone speak.

Hope your hammy continues to heal well. Be careful on the stairs running! :)

Happy 12 days of Christmas to you and your sweet family. Tell Doone we received your family Christmas card. Thank you!!! So happy to read about all your activities and growth! We just think the world of yous! :)

Smooth, you always know just the right thing to say to make others feel special. I showed down your message and she simply said, "I love Smooth."

Just so you know, your faith in Christ inspires me so much that you and Larry were part of my talk. Thanks for being so wonderful. Tell Larry we think about him often.

Whenever I get mentioned in someone's talk, it's not faith inspired.

Burt, I bet your mentions make for good comedic relief though. :)
