I wasn't sure about doing any running today with my foot being a bit tender so I started out with 30 minutes eliptical work.  I then hopped on the TM and started at 10 min mile pace and gradually built speed.  The first mile was a blazing 9:30.  The second was 8:00 for a total of 2 miles in 17:30 with no pain accept for a few wierd little twitches.  The key is how I feel about 6 hours later though.  That is when it really starts bugging me usually.

June is the month Rhett!!!

Here's my call ... you are going to be a little tender but it will be gone by the morning! :)

You went straight from a 9:30 pace to an 8:00 pace!!! Oh you are going to get it!! Don't let Smooth see that!!! :)

Keep us posted on how you feel tonight after that run.

YAY for no pain!!! A few weird little twitches there just enough to remind you to be a good boy and take it easy.

What's with you and Teena...such speed demons? Good thing you warmed up for 30 min. or I'd have to arrest you for excessive turbo speeding.

Crossing my fingers and toes that there will be no bugging in 6 hours. :)

Teena, Dale, Smooth: Thanks. I ran at lunch time today so I'm still not sure how it will be. I guess I'll know by bed time. I'll keep you posted.
