I didn't feel like dealing with the heat today so I did a TM run after doing my core work.
2 mile warm up
5 x 1 mile at 6:40 pace with half mile recovery
1 mile cool down
Total 10 miles

I’m putting everything into the Mt. Lemon marathon in November. I’m sure there will be a few short local races thrown in, but all my training is focused on going sub 3 in November.
