A 7:41 pace is a SLOW RUN???

You're wicked fast!!

From Rhett on Sat, Nov 22, 2008 at 23:59:26

Thanks, I try and keep my long runs between 7:30 and 8:00. I try and keep my recovery runs which are shorter between 8:30 and 9:00 though.

From Smooth on Sun, Nov 23, 2008 at 00:51:49

I can't imagine a 7:41 being SLOW run pace. Heck, I would be happy to hit a couple miles at your recovery run pace. YOU ARE SO AWESOMELY FAST!!!! GOOD JOB!!!

From fly on the wall on Sun, Nov 23, 2008 at 14:24:12

Sounds fast to me too. At what point were your 2 pace miles?

Rhett...

That's a pretty good slow run. What's up next for you? Painter's Half?

Very nice run Rhett. That's a great pace for one of your slow runs. Slower than marathon pace but fast enough to make you work.

Fly,

Miles 5 and 6 where right at 6:50, marthon pace. I kind of did that on accident though. I didn't realize I had spead up on mile 5 till the split came up, then I decided I might as well run one more at that pace.

LOL nice run till you fell apart. If training was easier more people would do it. Great job still getting in a good 10.
