I'll take a recovery next week and then pick up the next week where I left of in the mileage build up. I plan on doing a cut back week every 4th week.

Actually, I think I will repeat the week of 8s then 9s and then 10s before another cut back week. Then I want to hold at 10s for a few months.

That will be a great base. What's the plan for mileage on Saturday runs? Will you start long runs?

I think I will wait till fall when it cools down to start going longer on Saturdays.
