Break 3 hours again, but now as a masters runner. It's been 7 years since my last sub 3. I better do this soon as I'm not getting any younger.

It's all one step at a time! Is this the year for you to do a Full Ironman and or a return to Boston? PPPPPP!

It's only been two months. According to Coach Jack Daniel, the fitter you are, the smaller the improvement; and also it doesn't take as long a time to get back in shape. Consistent is the key. You will get back in the shape you were in early November in no time. It's good to take it easy for couple months after your epic race so your body can recover fully and ready for your next training cycle. :) Best of luck with your new running goals in 2018.

As fit as you've been I bet it won't take long to back full steam!
