Nothing right now.

16 slow miles but not easy because of the heat. I took 3 20 oz bottles and drained them all with a few miles still to go. Guess it is time to start taking the bladder with me. It gets a bit scary out there in the desert when the water runs low. I did run into my first rattle snake of the summer. It was nice enough to give me a welcome rattle when I was still about 10 yards away. It was up in strike pose and did not stop rattling until I was around it and gone. Did I mention, I hate snakes.

Woah! I am NOT a fan of snakes. I am not sure I want to run with you in AZ, but hey it was 50 again here today.

Nice miles man!

Talk a bout a great mileage week, You have done good! Ya, I think summer is finally getting here. I started my run at @10:am at @63* and ended at 75*....guess I'll have to start getting up earlier again to chase the coolest portion of the day.....
