I went for the trifecta and survived.  Ran the same pace as yesterday, but there wasn't any grimacing, felt better.

15.3 miles for a third day in a row.

Wow. 15.3 miles 3 days in a row. How long are you going to keep the streak going?

Wow, serious mileage there! Is this the secret to breaking 3?

From Rhett on Wed, Dec 22, 2010 at 18:25:13 from 216.67.221.93

April, according to Sasha you have to run at least 10 miles per day 6 days a week to break 3. This is the first time I've ever ramped my mileage this high though. Last year at Boston I ran a 2:58:03 and did it on just 3 days running per week. All 3 of my runs were very hardcore though. I just like trying new ways of training, so I'm trying the high mileage way this time.
