10 recovery miles.  I was suprised with how good my legs felt this morning.  I guess all this easy running isn't as hard on the body as faster running.  I went over 70 miles this week for the first time in well maybe ever, and I don't feel beat up at all like I do when I'm running faster but shorter.  Heck, maybe I'll run even farther next week.

Congratulations on an excellent week. I agree that running slower is easier on the body. If I run any slower, I will be walking. Lol

Sweetie, I have missed you running entries. You amaze me. You take off 6 months and pick up right where you left off. You'd think you are a good runner or something? You have a gift. I also missed you running abs - I like those. I know you enjoyed lifting weights for 6 months but I like your running physique best!

YAY!!! :) :) :) That is sooo awesome!!! You do have a gift. It takes most people months to build up that kinda mega mileage. But not you! It's as though you've never were injured. Can't wait to see how much farther you'll run next week.

Doone is so dang cute. You better keep that running physique! :) :) :)

Wow does Doone know this blog is PG...I think she is bordering on PG-13!

I don't think commenting on Rhett's abs is pg-13- definitely pg.:-)

You all are making me laugh. I have to admit that Smooth, Kathie, and I were looking at Rhett's Capt'n Underpants pic on the FFs perhaps a little more often than what would be considered customarily acceptable!!! ;)

Rhett, I agree with you. In fact, Ry and I have had this conversation on several occasions. Too bad time was never a factor though. :)

Very cool week!!!!

Nice miles this week! (I think I'll give your slow miles a try--if I wasn't always in a hurry :)
