AWESOME workouts w/ the bike mixed in between. NICE run last night and apparently the lower leg workouts did make them stronger. The plyometric and jump rope sounds FUN!

GOOD JOB!!!!

Nice job again. I really want to try the jump rope thing but it scares me for some reason. I should just pretend like I am 6 and just go for it. Better yet maybe I will find a bunch of 6 year olds jumping and just join them!

I have gained your 4 pounds. Thanks a lot! If you fell below the yellow line I would totally vote you off.

have a great week. Your flying picture still makes me smile. Leave it there forever! Are you guys going again?

Yep, Doone and I are going again. Are you guys going?

From Mack on Wed, Oct 20, 2010 at 17:40:54 from 71.111.190.57

Great job Rhett. Has your practice been effected by the economy or have you just had a few random slow days that have let you get out to workout for lunch?

From Kelli on Wed, Oct 20, 2010 at 18:29:23 from 71.219.65.246

Nope, not this time. In fact, with how it filled up, we may never be able to go again!

Doubles and triples. Great job. I'm inspired.

Mack, since the economy went down, I'd say we are about 15% down from were we where a few years ago, but we seem to be staying stable. Talking with other bussiness owners that seems to be about the norm. As far as getting out for a lunch workout, it's just how the schedule plays out. It seems like a few times a month I'm able to do it. Wish I could more often.
