23 mile bike ride with Blake this morning. The wind was CRAZY. I almost got blown off the road a few times. It was in our face on the way out and we were slow, but on the way back we were flying. The best part was when I blew by the 35 mph speed limit sign and was breaking the law on my bike and I wasn't even going down hill. :)

Tomorrow we head out on our family vacation for the year. Going to be in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, so today was probably my last good bike ride before my Half Ironman.

25 minute lake swim in crazy windy choppy conditions.

My half IM is supposed to be this coming Saturday at lake mead, but if the National Parks don't reopen by Thursday it is going to be reduced to a half marathon since that is the only part of the race not in the park.
