Any reason for the sluggish feeling? Lack of sleep? Over training? Just a random sluggish workout for no particular reason?

I'm sure you'll feel better on the next run.

Don't know Mack, just one of those days that I seem to be having more and more of. The stress of life, and age is getting to me I think.
