Abs and core

Full body weights

I worked extra hard today on the weights.  I figure I should get really serious about the weights for the next 6 weeks since Doone and I are heading to Belize in November.  I lifted hard enough today that by the time I was done I was completely wiped out.  It felt terrible, but in a good way.

Only a runner would understand feeling terrible in a good way, good for you!

Nice job Rhett. Gotta love those killer weight workouts. For me they always feel best about two days later when I feel some of the increased growth.

Rhett...Sounds like a great workout. I'm going to start hitting the weights again in a couple of weeks.

Awesome job man. When you get back to running your going to be lean and mean.:)
