P90X Day 45-- Halfway there!
I couldn't get my mind into my workout this morning and so didn't workout quite as hard as usual. Today was supposed to be Back and Biceps, but since I think I'm going to do a local 5K on Saturday and Friday was supposed to be Legs and Back, I switched today and Friday this week and did Legs and Back today. When I did that plunge and run a couple weeks ago, I did Legs and Back the day before and had pretty sore legs when I got up that morning. |
