I stopped off at the gym this morning during my run to seminary so I could do another MAF test. I saw more nice improvements since my last test 2 weeks ago:
3 miles on the TM keeping HR at or below 141
1- 7:25, 2- 7:42, 3- 7:42
Total run 10 miles with Avg HR 135
Than 10 mile bike through SARA Park.
