when is race day and where? Nice ride by the way!

Thanks Smooth, once I get up to 56 miles, then I have to be able to run a half marathon afterwards. That's the tricky part. I look at the swim as just a warmup. The race doesn't start till I get on the bike.

Slick, I'm doing a Half IM here in Lake Havasu City on Nov 8th.

WOW!!! Nice!!!!

I love how all around fit you are! And 2 minutes off of your 2 mile swim???? THAT'S NUTZ!!! :-)

From Rhett on Sat, Sep 13, 2014 at 17:53:29 from

Thanks Teena. I am feeling more fit than I have in a few years. If I can stay injury free, I should be in a really good place to start my marathon training after I finish the half IM in November.
