1 hour climbing stairs today. Kicked my butt.

I forgot to report on Doone's 1/2 marathon in Pocatello over the weekend. It was her 2nd half. Her goal was to go under 2 hours. She finished in 1:59:46. I was very proud of her. I think she has her sights on a big improvement at the Havasu Half in April-- a much easier course and here much closer to sea level where she is used to training.

WOOHOO!!! CONGRATULATIONS to Doone for crushing her goal. I heard that Pocatello course is a tough one. My friend (Teena's as well) Lowell tried to talk me into running that one.

Glad you got a kick-butt workout in! Keep it up and stay positive.
