Weight training:  Heavy upper body, Light lower body

20 minutes of never ending stair climbing on speed interval setting

No time for cool down.  Had to get to hit the showers and get to work.

Have a great day at work! Everyone will appreciate that you skipped the cool down to shower!!!

Nice work Rhett...Do you think the stairs are helping or just maintaining your training level? I am just wondering if I should add them in, just not sure where.

From Rhett on Fri, Aug 28, 2009 at 13:36:50 from 74.42.169.243

Kimmy, come on my sweat is like perfume. LOL

Kathie, I am only running 3 days a week right now as I build back up. I found that the stair machine made me work much harder than the eliptical, so I am doing that. You on the other hand are in the end of a marathon training phase. DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING!!!

20 minutes on stairs would kill me!!! Nicely done, Rhett. Speaking of showers, I need one. My daughter just told me I stink. After I ran, I immediately went to doing some work on the truck. LOL

Ooops I wrote Kimmy, sorry I meant Kelli. All these K names are messing with my mind.

LOVE your training plan. Keep it up! Have a great weekend.

Nice Rhett!!!!!

I think I might go to running 3 times a week (possibly 4) on a permanant basis!!!

From DonGardinero on Fri, Aug 28, 2009 at 19:45:43 from 152.216.7.5

I'm seriously considering only running 3 or 4 days per week from now on, too. I feel so much better for each run after having a day off. Good, quality runs ROCK!!!

I have thought of buying a stair stepper for my basement. Maybe Santa will bring me one....I have 4 months to talk him to it :)

Just checking to see what you did Saturday. Maybe you slept in, or you were hiding from the paparazzi?
