I was going to go cycling with Blake this morning but we actually had a serious rain storm here in the desert, so we cancelled our ride. That left me back in the basement on my bike trainer watching Premier League soccer.

I rode for 2 1/2 hours. That is a long time in the aero bars.

It's good to hear from you. Are you getting settled in? Yeah, I somehow strained my soleus muscle in my calf. It is mild, but I tried to run on it last night and it is still not better so I'll have to take a few more days. Luckily it is still like 27 weeks till race day. :)
