Weight training.    Heavy Upper body, light lower body.

20 minutes on the never ending rotating stairs.  I'm getting better at it, up to level 16 on the speed interval setting.  Then a 5 minute cool down on the eliptical.  Had to hurry and hit the showers so I wouldn't be late to work.

YAY!!! Another successful Xtrain workout! Can't wait to see the guns and the buff legs. Good boy sticking with 3 running days a week! What an outstanding athlete!!!!

Very nice job, Rhett. Next thing you know, you'll be entering one of those races where you climb the stairs to the top of a skyscraper.

Looks like your foot is finally coming back to its normal self. Way to go!

I definitely need to get back to the strength training!

You are doing so so so awesome!!!

Love it!!!!

(When are you and Doone going to come and run a race together over in our neck of the woods?)

Nice job at general fitness.

Dale, I don't think I would ever do one of those sky scraper races. I think I might die doing that.

Teena, Doone is doing a 1/2 in Pocatello ID over Labor Day. I'm trying to convince her to run a full with me next fall (2010) in UT, but she still thinks tht is too far.

Nice workout Rhett...you will soon be the "Stair Master"

From Teena on Thu, Aug 20, 2009 at 19:26:41 from 67.177.20.13

Rhett, that is probably the half that I am debating on. Still trying to decide whether to run Spanish Fork or the Pocatello Half (my friend Lowell is in charge of the Poky races). Very cool! :)

Tell Doone "good luck." And you will have to give us a race report for her ... we are all cheering her on!
