I had an early work meeting in Kingman this morning which is a little over an hour from my house, so I got up at 4:00 to get my run in.

1 mile warm up

9 miles at 6:35 pace

1 mile cool down

It felt good to be able to do that run at that pace again for the first time in about a month.  Maybe my legs are coming back.

When do you go to bed, so you can get up at 4? Is the sun down? You can't argue with the results, though. Those are some fast, early miles! Excellent!

Thanks Dan.

Smooth! You always make me feel like a rock star.

Tom, I don't get up that early too often, but my wife does make fun of me because I usually go to bed between 9 and 10 and fall asleep the second my head hits the pillow.

Is feeling like a rock star really a good thing?
