Day 7 was a rest day and I needed it. Every 7th day is a rest day with P90X. :) This week is a repeat of last week.
Chest and Back followed by Abs. I didn't puke this time, but my stomach did get a little queezy.

But with puking often comes simultaneous ab contractions. It's like a bonus feature to the P90X regular workout!!! ;)

NICE progress! I assume you did this before lunch! :) I like the resting every 7th day! I think the Bible says something about that! :)

I was thinking the same thing Smooth.
I'm doing my workouts early morning before work. The muscle specific workouts with the abs are about an hour and 15 minutes and the aerobic ones are about an hour, so not enough time during lunch.
