P90X day 4

I was supposed to do Yoga today, but I didn't really like it when I did P90X before so I've decided to do some running on the yoga days.

1 mile warm up

2 miles running the straights and jogging the turns

1 mile cool down

My legs were a bit sore from the plyometrics on Tuesday, but loosened up by the end.

I didn't like the p90x yoga either! It is way too long for yoga.

Teena...LOL. I learned my lesson with captain underpants. No more pics of me on the internet without my shirt on.

I am doing a plunge and run (800m swim and 5K run) next month, but I don't plan on doing any training for it besides p90x.

I'll probably do some local 5ks and 10ks this winter. Then in March I'm going to do a new Phoenix Marathon
