100 degrees at 5:30 this moring! It's lame when it doesn't even get below triple digits overnight.  Anyways, I took Martin's sugestion and ran 3 different loops all ending back at my house and jumped in the pool for a minute before heading back out.  The water was bathtub warm, but being completely wet felt good as I headed back out each time.

10 miles, then core.

That's hazardous duty running! It was 69* degrees here at 6:am.

Whats the humidity when it is 100? Anything above 10% would have to miserable. Nice running!

Hey Rhett having a pool definitely has added benefits :) I think I would be doing that no every run. Haha

Very cool that you tried it! Yesterday, when we had 98 degrees in Germany, I ran shirtless for the first time, even if itīs unusual here. I wet my cap and had water with me even on a just 60 minutes run. I will try an alternative to the pool (because I donīt have one): I have a shower for the garden. Itīs connected to tab water, normally temerature here: 46 degrees! That should help! (-:

Dan, most of the year we are around 10% humidity but in July and August in the mornings it is about 25% which I know is still very low, but when it is 100 degrees out, it is nasty.

Martin, I wish I could get cold water out of the tap, but this time of year, even the cold is hot around here.
