It was sweet!

Break 3 hours again, but now as a masters runner. It's been 9 years since my last sub 3. I better do this soon as I'm not getting any younger.

I’ve been gone on a family vacation the last 6 days. It was really fun but busy so I didn’t get in even 1 run. It’s weird how taking 6 days off makes me feel like I am completely out of shape. 

Got back at it today with a slow 10 miles then some core.

Like a true runner - lets than a week off and it's like you have not run in 2018. Nice 10 and vacations are needed.

You’re right Slick. Now that I went back and looked, it was a whole week without a run.

Dan, it does feel like forever even though I know one week off probably did me more good than any fitness loss.

Nothing to worry about. You will reach your goal and maybe this week was helpful to rebuild strength in legs ans head!
