30 minutes deep water running.

Wow the Netherlands played a great match in their upset of Brasil!

Go Spain!

PM-  30 more minutes deep water running, but without the float belt.  When I would get too tired I would do a lap of breast stroke to recover and then back to running.

Should I root for Spain just because I served my mission there? One thing is for sure, I don't root for the Lakers because Pau Gasol plays for them. He's that little Spanish brat I taught a lesson to all those years ago.

Yes, Burt. Once the US is eliminated, you must cheer for the country where you served your mission. And Spain plays the prettiest style of futbol of all the teams in the WC.

Is it harder without the belt?

Do you think you can do deep water running with a broken rib....I need to find something I can do!

From Rhett on Sat, Jul 03, 2010 at 22:10:05 from 184.10.154.170

Yes it's much harder without the belt. You have to run a lot harder to create enough force with your legs to keep you afloat.

I don't think it would work with a broken rib Kimmy. How long does the doctor say you are going to be down? I sure hope it's not long.
