Speed work on the eliptical today.

10 min warm up, 5 x 5 min at 100% effort with 3 min rest intervals, 10 min cool down

Wow, that was an intense workout.  Those last two speed intervals were tough.

Right on. That sounds like a tough workout. That is close to what like a mile interval?? Great job man.

Great Job Rhett! I know it is hard but I know the cross training is what is best for you now! Keep up the good work!

From Rhett on Tue, Jun 23, 2009 at 13:44:12 from 170.215.58.122

Mark, the FIRST program called for 1K intervals so that is what I was trying to simulate.

Kathie, please keep encouraging me. It is helping me get through my non-running.

Keep it up, Rhett!!! I can't wait to see how your test works out at TOU.

From JohnnyV on Tue, Jun 23, 2009 at 14:41:29 from 204.124.13.151

You always put in good work. You should do well when you get back to running.

From Teena on Tue, Jun 23, 2009 at 16:37:08 from 67.177.20.13

So I take it that you really did a number on the arc trainer!!! :)

Nice workout. It will pay off. Watch!! :)

From Rhett on Tue, Jun 23, 2009 at 16:51:20 from 170.215.58.122

Teena, my first thought was, "what did I do to the arc trainer?" because I never see anyone else using it, but I talked to the manager and she said there is a knocking sound that has been there for a long time that they are trying to fix, and she is right there is a little knock in it.

From RivertonPaul on Tue, Jun 23, 2009 at 17:27:44 from 67.42.27.114

Brutal. Very impressive.

From Teena on Tue, Jun 23, 2009 at 21:13:34 from 67.177.20.13

Uh huh, sure Bishop!

Whatever the case, hope they fix it soon for you!

From Smooth on Wed, Jun 24, 2009 at 01:20:17 from 71.36.64.28

Did I miss something? Rhett, you're the bishop now? And you worn out the Arc trainer. GOOD JOB and CONGRATS!!! You're one tough bishop!!!

From Huans32 on Wed, Jun 24, 2009 at 10:42:39 from 138.64.2.76

Very nice job man. Sorry to hear that you broke that arc trainer.:) Hopefully they will have that knock taken care of so you can work all those nuts and bolts on it again. I dont think it was made to go that stinkin fast.:)

From jeffc on Wed, Jun 24, 2009 at 11:30:22 from 167.207.128.101

The eliptical is harder than running for me. Great job!

From Rhett on Wed, Jun 24, 2009 at 17:01:17 from 170.215.58.122

OK let's make this very clear.

I AM NOT THE BISHOP AND WOULD NEVER WISH THAT UPON ME OR MY FAMILY.

And Yes, the arc trainer is broken, but I don't think I am the one who broke it.

Paul, quit starting rumors!!!!

From Smooth on Wed, Jun 24, 2009 at 17:09:00 from 71.36.70.118

Bishop, I'm so glad you fess up. They better get a new arc trainer for you so you can hold your meetings and train at the same time w/o missing a beat!!! :)

Paul, quit spreading rumors!

From RivertonPaul on Wed, Jun 24, 2009 at 17:11:20 from 67.42.27.114

And what I thought was such a simple question. Sorry. :)
