I tried to simulate a long run this morning.  Unfortunately they were doing repairs to the only Arc Trainer at the gym so I had to do it on the eliptical.  Did 2 hours, I hour on 2 different types of eliptical machines.  My legs are kind of wobbly now a couple hours later.  I guess it is a good workout.

Smooth, I always watch whatever happens to be on ESPN. This morning it was Sports Center followed by a little bit of the US Open.

Mark, doing those machines never seems to hurt my foot, but my foot is still very uncomfortable when I'm not doing the machine. I think I may need to see the doc sooner than I had wanted.

Rhett you are the man! you are putting in the training even though you are injured, you will not lose any of your cardio I am sure. Keep us posted on what the doctor says and maybe wear the boot every now and then.

As long as I don't run I am not in pain. I can definitely feel that something is wrong and that if I ran, I'd be hurting, but since I haven't run I feel good.
