It has been an amazing week of relaxation, recovery, and a lot of cross training. I only ran a grand total of 4 miles which I did barefoot on the beach at a tempo effort, but I did a lot of swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, throwing frisbee ( for many hours), and just playing in the ocean with my kids. Now it's time to head to the airport and fly back to reality.

Turks and Caicos has been even better than I could have imagined.

I have a few years before my kids graduate. I'm thinking about getting them a card. We'll see.

I'm glad you had a great week. How was the weather? It's been raining for two weeks here!

Nice to have the break! Seemed liked the right week to do so. :)

The weather was perfect. It only rained on us once for about 20 minutes the whole week. The tv channels we from Florida so I saw all the crazy rain you guys were getting. I hope it stops soon.
