I actually did some exercise with running shoes on! I went to the gym and did 30 mins eliptical followed by 20 min on the stationary bike. Pain level was very low with my foot but increased slightly by the end of the eliptical workout. No pain cycling. After I got home and showered the pain in the foot was up to about a 5, but the good news is it was back down to about a 1 by morning. |
