We switched our speed work to Tuesday mornings since it is now too hot in the afternoons.

I did a 5 mile warm up then ran 4 x 1 mile (6:20, 6:19, 6:20, 6:20) with 800m recoveries.  Then did a short cool down.

Total run 11.3 miles

Mack, I usually swim Monday and Wednesday mornings. I wasn't feeling well Monday so I took the day off. Tuesdays used to be cycling morning with speed work in the pm but it is just too hot to do an outside run in the pm now.

Smooth, thanks. I'm trying to build my mileage up with only 3 days a week running. I did 45 miles last week and hope to do more this week.
