6 easy on the trails. Focusing on keeping my pelvis level.

Then core.

I've been working on weight loss since the beginning of the month.  I started at 170 lbs. I had been at that weight for a couple months.  As of this morning I am down 10 lbs to 160...about 6 to 8 more lbs and I'll be at my ideal training/racing weight.  I hope to be there by the end of April, but I know the last 6 to 8 lbs will be we  far more difficult than the first 10 were.

Way to keep up the battle and good on you for losing those first 10 pounds of excess weight. And your so right about those last pounds, they are so hard to out run.....Im at 163 hoping to be at 160 in less than 27 days for the Boston Marathon 🤞.

Its the same for most of us... But you will feel even better during your runs! Im at 163, trying to get between 150 and 155.

You're kidding me! You and I were actually the same weight at the same time and a year ago I was 50 lbs heavier and thinking "I wish I could weigh as little as Rhett." That's a true story. My goal is to get down between 155 and 160 by the end of the year. Maybe even less, as long as I'm healthy.

Way to go Rhett! You're now my motivation to get my eating back on track.

That's great Rhett! You'll get there!!! And back to your speedy ways...!
