Leg feeling better this morning. It is so weird.  The pain/ inflammation/ tightness keeps moving from one spot to another.  Now it seems to be in the belly of the soleus muscle and the achelies and lateral fibularis (is that the right name Teena?) seem to be fine.  Anyway, its not ready to run on today.

Stationary bike simulating interval training.  Switched level from 10 to 12 to 14 to 16  every minute and then repeated 15 times for a total of 1 hour. I kept the rpm over 90 at all times and ended up doing exactly 19 miles.

May be tomorrow it will move OUT all together! :)

NICE bike interval workout!

Hey Rhett,

I've been studying your recipe for a great performance in Boston in 2010. Those tempo runs you put in were epic. Any advice you can offer? I'd sure appreciate it.

Kam, first of all thanks for helping me keep my over inflated ego at full inflation. I don't have any great advice though. What worked for me, may not work for others. I did a three day a week running plan for that race with three days hard core cross training. By doing that, I was able to really give everything to my 3 days running and still recover for the next run.

Boston is great! Have fun. Make sure you still feel totally fresh at the halfway mark or it will be a long second half.

Sorry, that's the best I got.
