OMG! You couldn't sleep so you went for a nice long run in the middle of the night?!!! You put a whole new spin to the phrase: "you can do this in your sleep!" You are superhuman!!! INCREDIBLE!!! AND, check out your AP. WOW!!! I want to know what Doone say about this! :)
I hope you sleep well tonight. No sneaking out for another run!!! Oh, I hope your patient load is light today.

Not many people would use a 20 mile run as a cure for insomnia. Great job cranking out the miles at a good pace.

Crazy dude! You really need to think about ultras 26.2 is just not a challenge for you any more!

Smooth, Doone had no clue I was gone. She has gotten used to my getting up early and running and never even hears me leave. I was home, showered, had breakfast, read the paper, etc. before she even stirred.
Tim, I was going to do 13 miles with 6 at tempo pace, but since I had extra time and just needed to run I went long. I'll do the tempo run later in the week when I was going to go long.
Andy, I just couldn't get my brain to shut down and running at a nice steady pace allows me to think and work things out.
Kathie, the distance of 26.2 is not a challege any more, but doing it under 3 hours is a big challenge for me. I'm hoping to get where I can consistantly run under 3 hours.

You should have tried sleeping on the trampoline. How do you run that fast, that long at night?
From Rhett on Wed, Feb 17, 2010 at 17:16:51 from 74.32.219.217
Burt, when it is dark out you can't tell how fast or far you are going, so it makes it easier. :)

I always run slower in the dark. Subconciously I'm afraid of tripping.

I hope you are still in bed sleeping this morning!!!! Wow, that is crazy for the middle of the night! The rest of us read a book or watch TV or surf the net!
