Long Run

I was supposed to meet up with Jeff this morning at 5:30. After waiting till 5:40 I took off on my own.  I have gotten used to doing my long runs with someone and it took my a few miles to wrap my mind around doing the run solo.  I have to talk in ward conference tomorrow so I took advantage of the quiet time to ponder on my thoughts that I would share with the ward.

Jeff's alarm didn't go off, but he met me around mile 10 and it was nice to have him there for the second half of the run.  Todays run felt really easy for some reason.

21 miles AP 7:25

Next week I'm doing a cut back week.

Larry has to speak in a ward conference tomorrow too, first of 8 ward conferences this year. I am sure you will do a great job with your talk and your ward will be uplifted and inspired. You're a wonderful bishop! :)

It amazes me that you can ponder on your thoughts/talk while you're running at 7:25 pace and this 21 miler felt really easy! SO AWESOME!!! I'm glad Jeff finally had your company for last half of the run! :)

Smooth, you are always too kind. Thanks. I think my talk went well.
