Wake up weight 162-  Wow, I guess the tough love you guys showed me yesteday really worked.  If  I lose 4 pounds every time you guys verbally slap me around a bit, I may have to have you do it more often.  Don't let me get complacent with this one day loss.  I'm sure some of it is water weight.

2 really easy miles followed by 10 hill sprints for a total of 3.5 miles

Don't loose any more weight. You are nothing but skin and bone. 162 is for wusses. You need to weigh at least double that if you hope to make Richard Simmons your Face Book friend. You need to weigh at least triple that if you ever hope to meet Richard Simmons. Keep the dream. Remember, if you can't see it to aim it at the porcelain, you're well on your way.

Now I need a good scolding. I ate chinese food last night and now I feel bloated and my stomach feels queazy. Funny how easily crappy food can make you feel ill after eating pretty healthy for a couple of weeks.

Dale ~ Whoever says Chinese food is crappy! I know what you mean though sometimes when I eat greasy salty Chinese restaurant food for dinner, I'm all bloated the next morning. But it's sooo good, and the puffiness goes away pretty easily!

Sorry Smooth, I guess I should re-word what I said about Chinese food. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Chinese food, in fact, it's my favorite!!! But the choices I made were crappy. Not the healthiest choices.

China is huge and probably has lots of different regional foods which probably do not resemble the fare at Dale's local Chinese Restaurant. But we digress, if you eat too much crap after eating healthy, you may suffer consequences. The obvious solution is to eat lots of crap every day so that your body can adapt. Adaptation can occur in many ways, most of which benefit the medical professions.

Dale, make better choices at the China Buffet and you'll feel better, lots of rice and veggies. Stay away from the freid stuff. I love going out for Thai food with Doone and usually find something fairly healthy.
