P90X Day 75

Legs and Back followed by Abs.

I felt like I really pushed hard this morning.  I am amazed at how many pullups I can now do.

Oh yeah, some exciting news from the Burgener family. My parents just got a mission call to serve their second mission. They will be going to Moscow to serve as auditors for the Eastern European Missions.  They leave in March and will be gone for another 2 years.

Nice job. 75 days! Does it go 90? Hence the 90 in P90X??

Congrats on your parents call. I'll bet they are excited.

How many pullups can you do now and how many could you do when you started?

Dang, I keep forgetting to do the ab workout. I knew something was missing. I guess it would help to read the instructions, right?

Congrats to your parents.

Mack, yep it is a 90 day workout. Only 10 more days and the last week is a recovery week!

Dale, it depends on what kind of pull ups I'm doing, but standard overhand close grip pull-ups I can do about 20. I maxed out at about 6 when I started, but then couldn't do hardly any more unaided for the rest of the workout. Now I usually start the workout with 15 unaided. If I go all out from the start I can't do the rest of the workout.
