MORNING

I was feeling realy good this morning after my marathon paced run last night.  I did weight training followed by 30 min arc trainer.  Wish I had more time to workout this morning.  I had lots of energy.  I really showed some improvement in my pullups today as well!

EVENING

It was beautiful out last night so I headed out for a recovery run.  4.4 miles, 8:21 pace

Cumulus Miles: 4.40

That's FANTASTIC!!! Feeling good just hours after a marathon paced run which by the way was very SPEEDY.

Look at that!!! you had an awesome workout and wanting for more. So, how many pullups did you do today? You are superman!!!

All pullup info is super top secret. I could tell you how many, but then I'd have to kill you.

Hey Rhett just do like I do and round up!

From Smooth on Tue, Dec 16, 2008 at 15:45:49

Rhett, this pullup contest IS killing me. I have already taken Teena's name in vain and now yours too!!! I've got to take that irongym bar down and burry it somewhere. :(

Come on Rhett ... you seriously not divulging your manliness??

Fine ... all pullup/chinup info is now classified!! :)
